Chief commercial officer and general manager
Chuck has over 30 years of experience leading large sales teams in global organizations. In his current role as senior vice president and general manager of sales, he is responsible for sales of the company’s automated equipment, software and picking technologies in North America and key international markets. Before joining Intelligrated, Chuck held senior-level sales and business leadership positions with General Electric, CSX and TE Connectivity, most recently serving as North American vice president and general manager for Videojet, a Danaher company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Vice president, operations & solutions development
Chris has over 21 years of experience in the warehousing, distribution, and logistics industry including hands-on experience with high volume retail and e-commerce companies. His first-hand experience includes warehouse and distribution center operations, distribution center systems, supply chain, vendor and carrier compliance, item velocity profiling, and e-commerce fulfillment. Chris is a regular speaker at various material handling and logistics industry events and holds a degree in Business Administration and Business Computer Information Systems from John Brown University.

Director, international services
Diane is responsible for overseeing Intelligrated’s field service operations. With over 20 years of experience in the material handling and logistics industries, Diane is an expert in facilities management and systems maintenance issues. Diane is a member of the Project Management Institute, is PMP certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.

Manager, business development, Lifecycle Support Services
Bridget is responsible for business development activities for Intelligrated’s Lifecycle Support Services (LSS) group, with a primary focus on the parts and assessments business units. She began her career in the electrical and HVAC business, working in 24X7 customer service and support, and establishing an inventory tracking and ordering system. Bridget joined Intelligrated in 2008 and has held several positions at the company, starting as a marketing specialist before transitioning to managing parts sales and her current role leading business development for the LSS group. Outside of the office, she volunteers with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a member of the parent advisory council and the transitional care center to help develop regulations and resources for families with chronically ill children. Bridget holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with minors in business administration and German from Northern Kentucky University.

Director, Lifecycle Support Services
Corey has over 18 years of experience exclusively in the material handling industry, with a focus in controls engineering and management. In his current position, he is responsible for managing and developing Intelligrated’s Lifecycle Support Team, a sales team aimed at fulfilling the post-implementation needs of Intelligrated’s clients, including technical support, mods and upgrades, system assessments, lifecycle planning and spare parts. Having previously managed the Technical Support Engineering group at Intelligrated, Corey has a keen focus on customer satisfaction and improvement for the overall customer experience. Corey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio and has also completed courses to receive his Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Business Management.

Chairman and general manager
Chris founded Intelligrated in 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in the high technology capital equipment and services industry, 25 of those at the executive level. Prior to the founding of Intelligrated, Chris served as chief operating officer of Pinnacle Automation, Inc., and held various executive positions with Milacron, Inc. An active volunteer in Cincinnati, Chris has served extensively for the American Red Cross, as well as for the local chapter. Chris has also served on many campaign committees for the United Way, as well as for the Cincinnati Arts Festival. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard University, where he was named a Roger Siver Fellow in 1979.

Jason has over 14 years of experience as a retail supply chain consulting professional with a focus on process and technology improvements. His first-hand experience includes package implementations spanning many aspects of the system lifecycle including infrastructure planning, data conversion, system testing, user training and support. Jason holds a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and his input has been featured in multiple material handling and logistics publications.

Rick is responsible for defining the global strategy for Intelligrated’s automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience in the material handling industry, managing sales, marketing and aftermarket support teams, directing product strategy and overseeing solution design, development, testing and delivery for highly automated systems. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Joe combines over twenty years of customer-oriented, project-based management experience with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving tough distribution challenges. Tim is responsible for the management of Intelligrated’s line sortation product portfolio. With over 11 years of experience in the material handling industry, Tim is an expert on the application of conveyor and sortation solutions for the distribution, manufacturing and parcel delivery markets, and has been interviewed for a variety of articles on these topics for major industry publications. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University.

Cindy has 25 years of experience managing customer service teams in industrial environments, including 15 years in warehousing and distribution. She is responsible for overseeing Intelligrated’s parts business, from distribution, purchasing and inventory control to spare parts proposal generation and customer support. Cindy is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society and holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.

Doug is responsible for Intelligrated Software’s light-enabled order fulfillment solutions, managing product lifecycle in relation to industry trends and end-user needs. He brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management to his role at Intelligrated, with a focus on leveraging process improvement and technology to reduce costs and improve profitability. Prior to joining Intelligrated, Doug accumulated extensive experience as an end user managing logistics operations, with specific expertise developing omnichannel order fulfillment operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northern Illinois University and an associate’s degree in business.

Tracy has more than 27 years of B2B marketing experience, with special expertise developing integrated programs for complex industrial products and services. Satyen is responsible for Intelligrated’s tilt-tray and cross-belt sortation product lines. He provides strategic oversight and technical guidance to ensure solution sets address market requirements for challenging distribution applications, including e-commerce and omnichannel operations. Satyen has more than 18 years of experience in industrial product management, engineering and business development. He is involved with MHI and holds an MBA from Ashford University.

Kevin is a proven software veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He is responsible for growing warehouse execution software capabilities and positioning the company as a global leader in integrated systems and software solutions. He holds distinguished industry affiliations, serving as chairman of the board for the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association from 2002 through 2004 and sitting on the board of directors for the OPC foundation from 2007 to 2009. He completed undergraduate studies at Stonehill College and Bridgewater State University and holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mark serves as director of solutions development for Intelligrated. Doug is responsible for product strategy, development and ongoing management of Intelligrated’s automated palletizing, robotic palletizing and depalletizing solutions. His background is in project engineering and execution, with extensive management experience in a variety of engineering disciplines, including electrical, controls, software and mechanical engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Saint Louis University.

Senior director, strategic operations, Intelligrated Software
Sean is responsible for product strategy, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions for Intelligrated Software. His career includes experience managing contracts and litigating patents as a corporate counsel before joining Intelligrated to work on national accounts as a program manager. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University.

Luther has over 30 years of supply chain experience, with an emphasis on distribution and fulfillment operations. His experience includes greenfield facility designs and implementations, with expertise in DC operations and management, supply chain and distribution network analysis, automated material handling system design, business case analysis and justification, process improvements and supply chain software consultation. Luther earned a degree in management from Marshall University and holds membership in the warehouse education research council.
