Make the Most of MODEX 2020
The countdown is on; MODEX 2020 (March 9–12) is right around the corner. There’s a ton a fantastic programming coming your way, from seminars and exhibits to conferences and networking opportunities. Of course, Honeywell Intelligrated will be there (in booth #7619) demonstrating our forward-thinking innovations in workforce optimization, robotic integration and industrial internet of things (IIoT) connectivity for distribution and fulfillment.

10. MHI Industry Night with Colin Jost
Join your industry peers on Wednesday, March 11 from 4:30–7 p.m. for live music, food, drinks and entertainment by award-winning comedian Colin Jost who is a head writer for NBC’s iconic “Saturday Night Live” television show. He started writing for “SNL” in 2005 and has been co-anchor of its “Weekend Update” segment since 2014. He’s also hosted the Emmy Awards and starred in and wrote the Paramount/Netflix film “Staten Island Summer.”
Tickets required: cost $50; includes beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres.
9. Check out the finalists for 2020 MHI Innovation Awards
MHI has announced the finalists for the 2020 MHI Innovation Awards and we are honored to be named a finalist in the Best IT Innovation category. Our Connected Assets platform combines control system data and machine-level sensors to provide historic trends and actionable insights that are easily translated to operational and maintenance activities. Connected Assets enables every DC to visualize and manage critical system performance and key asset health to improve operational efficiency, predict and avoid risks, and deliver a lower cost per case shipped.
The winners’ products will be announced on March 11th during MHI Industry Night.
8. Atlanta Botanical Garden
Kick-start your spring with a stroll through a lush, urban oasis at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Explore the Orchid Display House or tour one of the city’s last remaining urban forests from the Canopy Walk, a 600-foot suspension bridge.

Throughout the event, you can take advantage of more than 160 on-floor seminars. Learn about technological advancements in supply chain management, autonomous mobile robots, maximizing space efficiency, and how to better understand millennials’ shopping habits.

Many of Atlanta’s restaurants have been the setting for historical events and feature films. But these eateries have more to offer than just historic roots and Hollywood resumes; the food is incredible. You won’t have to go far to satisfy your cravings for steaks, seafood, organic fare or anything else. Check out some of Atlanta’s famous eateries.

This downtown Atlanta park offers an abundance of activities. Check out the College Football Hall of Fame, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, the CNN Center and the Children’s Museum of Atlanta.
