In 2012, California enacted the Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657), requiring large manufacturers and retailers doing business in California to disclose efforts taken to eliminate human trafficking and slavery from the supply chain. In addition, Honeywell Intelligrated’s standard terms and conditions of purchase, which apply to the purchase of goods and services from suppliers, impose an affirmative, legally enforceable obligation to comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws, rules or regulations.
