California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

In 2012, California enacted the Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657), requiring large manufacturers and retailers doing business in California to disclose efforts taken to eliminate human trafficking and slavery from the supply chain. Honeywell Intelligrated supports the goals set forth in SB 657 and is committed to protecting and advancing human rights and conducting business in an ethical manner. Honeywell Intelligrated’s long-standing commitment to fair, ethical and impartial business practices is reflected in its Human Resources Policy Manual, which requires compliance with all applicable laws, including those related to human trafficking. All Honeywell Intelligrated employees are required to acknowledge receipt of the Policy Manual and read and abide by the policies set forth therein. The Policy Manual further expresses Honeywell Intelligrated’s commitment to conduct its business with integrity with respect to citizens, customers, suppliers and communities.

In addition, Honeywell Intelligrated’s standard terms and conditions of purchase, which apply to the purchase of goods and services from suppliers, impose an affirmative, legally enforceable obligation to comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws, rules or regulations.
