The IntelliSort® I-Watch™ sorter maintenance program offers operation and maintenance professionals peace of mind through early and accurate problem recognition and analysis. The chain stretch monitor precisely measures the amount of chain sag and can automatically realign unevenly stretched chain upon command. Problems with oil application can be accurately detected and addressed by alerting maintenance personnel to the issue before any damage is done to the sorter. In addition, the IntelliSort® I-Watch™ sorter maintenance program utilizes InControlWare® software controls technology to display current and historical data about the operation and maintenance of the sorter, as well as predictive information about sorter chain life and oil consumption.
