IntelliSort® Shoe Sorter
The IntelliSort® Shoe Sorter was designed by Intelligrated® to provide flexible sortation for a wide variety of products. The IntelliSort® Shoe Sorter incorporates sliding shoe technology which can be provided with a tube or flat slat design. The Intelligrated® mission when designing the sorter was to provide a heavy duty construction, high speed sorter that provides simple maintenance requirements.

- Right-hand, left-hand, and dual sided diverts
- 20° and 30° divert angles
- Up to 600 feet long
- Standard floor supports for elevations from 2'-8" to 6'-0"
- Top of flight is 1" above sorter side rail
- Top of induct belt is 1½" about sorter rail for "water fall" onto flights
Soft Touch Divert (Patent Pending)
- Doesn't spin or topple cartons
- Able to divert with smaller gaps- 2 inches
- Smaller gaps allow up to 28% increased throughput without any increase in speed
- Gentle and controlled angular and lateral acceleration
- Greater range of carton weights, sizes and shapes can be diverted
- Adds no complexity to the sorter
