Intelligrated® New Grad Program
As a new college graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the top talent in our industry. Every day, you’ll learn valuable business and engineering skills from upwardly mobile mentors who were once in your shoes.

Intelligrated® Co-Op Program
We have an extensive Engineering Co-Op Program with a very high hire rate at the end of our program. We offer an exceptional work environment complete with training opportunities designed to quickly increase your skills and develop your professional talents.
Expect challenging technical projects while working side-by-side with our talented engineers. Work assignments may be in the area of product development, customer project customization, or technical problem solving in our engineering support area. Our Co-Op students make measurable contributions to their assigned tasks, gaining a better understanding of potential career paths and employment options.
You’ll be part of a team with a high degree of camaraderie that results in successful teamwork. We offer a competitive wage, overtime, travel, and holiday pay while grooming you to become part of our professional engineering team upon graduation.

Intelligrated® Gives Back
With the recently established Children of Intelligrated® charity, Intelligrated® has further expanded its contributions to staff and local communities. Focused on aiding the families of Intelligrated® employees whose children fall into harms way, The Children of Intelligrated® has raised over $6,450 since it’s inception in 2006.
