Chris Arnold

Vice President, Operations & Solutions Development

Chris has over 21 years of experience in the warehousing, distribution, and logistics industry including hands-on experience with high volume retail and e-commerce companies. His first-hand experience includes warehouse and distribution center operations, distribution center systems, supply chain, vendor and carrier compliance, item velocity profiling, and e-commerce fulfillment. Chris is a regular speaker at various material handling and logistics industry events and holds a degree in Business Administration and Business Computer Information Systems from John Brown University.

Chris will blog about trends in distribution and fulfillment, operational efficiency solutions and the e-commerce and retail industries.

Diane Blair

Director, Customer Service Field Operations

Diane is responsible for overseeing Intelligrated’s field service operations. With over 20 years of experience in the material handling and logistics industries, Diane is an expert in facilities management and systems maintenance issues. Diane is a member of the Project Management Institute, is PMP certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.

Diane will blog about system maintenance and operational issues.

Chris Cole

Chief Executive Officer

Chris founded Intelligrated in 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in the high technology capital equipment and services industry, 25 of those at the executive level. Prior to the founding of Intelligrated, Chris served as chief operating officer of Pinnacle Automation, Inc., and held various executive positions with Milacron, Inc. An active volunteer in Cincinnati, Chris has served extensively for the American Red Cross, as well as for the local chapter. Chris has also served on many campaign committees for the United Way, as well as for the Cincinnati Arts Festival. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard University, where he was named a Roger Siver Fellow in 1979.

Jeff Hanna

Director, Controls & Software Development

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the software industry in a variety of management and engineering management roles. Prior to working with Intelligrated, Jeff founded a market-leading software company that later became part of Rockwell Automation. Jeff has a long history of experience in innovative automation, and has been involved in the design, development and installation of over 50 material handling systems. Jeff completed undergraduate work at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Mount Union College.

Jerry Koch

Director, Corporate Marketing & Product Management

Jerry is responsible for overseeing marketing communications activities and the development of product strategies for Intelligrated, including market analysis, product road mapping and product marketing. An expert in software and controls solutions, Jerry has over 15 years of experience in product management and marketing for technical products and holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Jerry will blog about trends in distribution and fulfillment, software and order fulfillment solutions, and sustainability issues.

Tim Kraus

Product Manager, Line Sortation

Tim is responsible for the management of Intelligrated’s line sortation product portfolio. With over 11 years of experience in the material handling industry, Tim is an expert on the application of conveyor and sortation solutions for the distribution, manufacturing and parcel delivery markets, and has been interviewed for a variety of articles on these topics for major industry publications. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University.

Rusty Matthews

Sales Account Manager, Tilt-Tray and Cross-Belt Sorter Operations

Rusty has been with Intelligrated for over 12 years and is responsible for managing the company’s tilt-tray and cross-belt sortation product line. An expert in developing the right sortation solution for each customer application, Rusty has experience in sales, marketing, project management, engineering and manufacturing roles. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Jim McKnight

Senior Vice President, System Sales & Marketing

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the material handling industry and currently oversees Intelligrated’s system sales and marketing activities. Active in the industry, Jim is involved with the Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA) and serves on the board of directors for the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA). Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Elizabethtown College.

Lance Reese

Technical Solutions Director, Order Fulfillment

Lance has over 27 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry with focus on product development, product management and solutions consulting. Lance is responsible for technical sales support for Intelligrated’s Real Time Solutions order fulfillment technologies and an expert and helping companies find the right solution for their order fulfillment challenges. Lance holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Utah State University.

Tom Roberts

Director, Field Sales and Operations, Manufacturing Systems

Tom has over 38 years of experience in the material handling industry, with a focus on solutions for food, beverage and consumer product manufacturing clients. Tom completed undergraduate work in mechanical engineering at the University of Missouri, Rolla and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Earl Wohlrab

Palletizing and Robotics Systems Product Manager

Earl has over 17 years of material handling experience and more than 10 years of experience in robotics. An expert in palletizing machinery as well as robotic solutions for the material handling industry, Earl has delivered seminars on these topics at PMMI, RIA and other industry events. Earl holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern Illinois.

Greg Cronin

Executive Vice President

Greg Cronin is a well-known leader in supply chain technology and operations, with over 40 years of experience in executive management, sales, strategy, and market and business development for supply chain technology and logistics companies. Prior to joining Intelligrated, Cronin held executive roles in several of the industry’s most respected companies, including Red Prairie, Manhattan Associates, and Seegrid Corporation. Most recently, he served as the vice chairman and executive vice president for Quiet Logistics, Inc., a third-party logistics company. Greg is a regular speaker at industry events and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan College.

Steve Ackerman

Executive Vice President, Manufacturing Systems

Steve Ackerman oversees Intelligrated’s Manufacturing Systems division, which focuses on providing solutions for the company’s food, beverage and consumer product manufacturing clients. Steve is a member of the Material Handling Industry of America’s (MHIA) Roundtable of Industry Leaders and has over 28 years of experience in the automated material handling industry. Steve has a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Mechanical) from the University of Western Ontario and has completed various graduate business management and finance courses at Sir Sanford Flemming College.
