Mark B. Tefend, Vice President, General Counsel & Human Resources at Intelligrated, has over twenty years of experience in various management and executive roles at Rockwell International, Emerson Electric, Cincinnati Electronics, Systems Research Laboratories, The Buschman Company and FKI Logistex. As part of our corporate team, Mark is responsible for the legal affairs of the company and leading key business support roles such as contract management, intellectual property protection, licensing and human resources. Mr. Tefend holds a JD degree from the University of Cincinnati, an MPIA in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Political Science from Ohio University. Mr. Tefend is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
