Dennis currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Support. He has over 34 years of professional experience in almost all facets and functions of customer service and support, providing both technical expertise and management direction while serving the industrial manufacturing and material handling industries.
His experience includes 16 years with a global leader in robotic system design and implementation, where Dennis worked closely with Fortune 500 companies as well as other system integration innovators, designing and implementing service and support plans and resources dedicated to providing total customer satisfaction solutions.
Most recently, Dennis has been working exclusively in the material handling industry, assembling and leading strong customer support groups that he challenges to seek out and thoroughly understand customer needs so they can blueprint and put into action full service and support solutions. At Intelligrated, Dennis extends his high-level customer focus as he designs innovative quality service delivery systems that are aimed at improving operational productivity and efficiencies and focused on 100% system uptime
Dennis graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in electrical engineering technology. He also received certification in Customer Service Management from the University of Wisconsin and completed an extensive executive education program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Dennis is an active member of the AFSMI and an occasional speaker at CSM.
